Terms and Conditions: Social Media Subscription Program
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Social Media subscription program ("Program") offered by Saint and Queen Pty Ltd, open exclusively to customers residing in Australia. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Subscription Commitment: By enrolling in the Program, you commit to a minimum subscription period of six (6) months.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial six-month commitment period. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@saintandqueen.com.au with a minimum 30-day notice period prior to the desired cancellation date.
Service Description: As part of the Program, each month you will receive a monthly schedule of social media recommendations tailored to your business and marketing objectives.
Delivery Schedule: Recommendations will be sent to you on a monthly basis, specifically on the 1st Monday of each month. The proposal for the following month's recommendations will be provided to allow sufficient time for content creation in line with the proposal.
Content Recommendations: Each month, you will receive recommendations for posts and stories to be published on your social media platforms. These recommendations will be provided for five (5) days per week, totaling twenty (20) recommendations per month.
Payment: Payment for the Program subscription will be made via direct debit and will be processed on the 15th of the month preceding the subscription period. The monthly subscription amount will be $99 + GST unless otherwise stated. 30 days written communication from Saint and Queen will be provided should there be a price rise.
Content Creation: Please note that the Program solely provides recommendations for social media content. No content creation services are included as part of the subscription. It is your responsibility to create and publish the recommended content on your social media platforms.
Intellectual Property: All recommendations provided as part of the Program are for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from Saint and Queen Pty Ltd.
Modification of Terms: Saint and Queen Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
Governing Law: These Terms and your participation in the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
